LEAP's stipend reform measure is heading to a joint legislative committee hearing on Tuesday, March 3 at 11:00am

LEAP will have a 30-minute panel presentation from our coalition speakers, and there will be 30 minutes of public testimony where supporters like you can speak directly to the committee.
